This is a 31ft camper with one slide out. It has A/C, bathroom, TV, and bunks in the back. We just went through this camper and its very nice. The A/C is working. The fridge, stove and microwave are all working. Inside I would say it is in good condition for the year. There is one spot of water damage that we found, it is in the front by the bed. Its not terrible but its there. It is missing the mattress and it does have two bunk beds in it. This camper has a dry weight of 5,400 lbs. All in all a nice camper for the money.
